The Client Experience
From our very first conversation to the final delivery of your gallery, I strive to offer an experience that’s thoughtful, seamless, and entirely focused on you. Whether you're celebrating a once-in-a-lifetime moment or simply freezing a season of life, the process we go through together is just as important as the photos we create. Here's what you can expect when working with me.
1. Initial Inquiry & Consultation
It all starts with a message. When you fill out the contact form, you’ll tell me a bit about what you’re looking for, whether it’s a couples session, family portraits, or updated headshots. I’ll respond within 24 to 48 hours to confirm availability and share more details.
For larger projects, we can schedule a consultation call to talk through your vision, priorities, and any initial questions you might have. This helps ensure we’re the right fit and sets the foundation for a personalized experience from start to finish.
2. Booking & Onboarding
Once we’ve finalized the details, I’ll send over a custom proposal that includes your contract, invoice, and package breakdown. A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date.
After booking, you’ll receive a tailored session guide with everything you need to prepare, from outfit inspiration and location suggestions to timeline tips and answers to common questions. My goal is to make the planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
3. Pre-Session Support & Planning
Leading up to your session, I’ll be available to help with any questions, recommendations, or feedback you might need. I’m here to assist with choosing locations, coordinating timing, reviewing wardrobe options, and anything else that helps you feel confident and prepared.
4. Your Session
When the day arrives, my role is to create space for you to be fully present while I document everything with care and intention. I offer a guided experience, providing direction when needed while also stepping back to capture authentic, candid moments as they unfold.
Whether we’re walking through Central Park hand in hand, laughing with your family in a local garden, or capturing a relaxed portrait session in the city, my calm and observant approach is centered on making you feel comfortable, confident, and seen.
5. Editing & Gallery Delivery
fter your session, I’ll begin the process of professionally hand-editing your images. Every photo you receive is selected and refined with attention to detail and consistency, ensuring your gallery tells a beautiful, cohesive story.
Turnaround Times:
Couples, portrait, and family sessions: 2 to 3 weeks
Galleries are delivered through a secure online platform where you can download high-resolution files, share them with loved ones, and order professional-quality prints and albums.
6. Beyond the Gallery
My relationship with clients doesn’t end at delivery. I’m available to assist with album design, selecting artwork for your home, or planning your next session as your story continues. Many of my clients return year after year for milestone moments, anniversaries, growing families, or simply to capture a new chapter together.
